SURVIVAL COURSE

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

Surviving is a recent terminology which indicates the playful and experimental side of survival, based on a challenge or a simulation test not at risk a set of disciplines through which it is intended to reconstruct simulations within some great and ancestral themes:
Escape, hunting, defence, means of orientation, manufacture and use of essential tools using only the resources of the environment, construction of emergency shelters.

This practice can be carried out in any outdoor environment, characteristic operational centers of the surviving are the adventure fields, built specifically for practicing, in these fields we can notice the eco-pathsDynamic made up of the passages in horizontal ropes as the classic Tibetan bridge, the Tyrolean bridge, the Thai bridge...

TRIP DETAILS

The practice of survival and/or surviving allows to develop a positive mentality to deal with emergencies or unforeseen events.

Gain self-confidence, group membership and development of cooperation, motor coordination and concentration, adaptability, learning techniques that may be useful at the right time in life, knowledge and respect for nature, practical problem solving, discovery of own abilities and limits

Departure on Saturday at 9:30

2 days in the Sibillini Mountains National Park, activities planned:
Pioneering, preparation of the backpack and equipment, basic rope maneuvers, preparation of horizontal rope passes, water purification systems, shelters, topography and orienteering, audio-visual distress signals, archery, Fire-starting systems, first aid

The return is scheduled for 16:30 on day 2.

Departure on Friday at 15:30
3-day trekking in the Sibillini Mountains National Park, with backpack and specific equipment, where you will learn survival techniques, more thorough than the basic course, water purification without artificial tools, Starting a fire with percussion and friction, orientation without navigation equipment, self-defence, construction of emergency shelters with overnight accommodation outdoors without synthetic material, first aid skills with on-site exercises, Emergency signals

The return is scheduled for 16:30 approximately 3°day.

RECOMMENDED CLOTHING:

- Underwear (with spare parts),
- heavy shirt or similar,
- pile,
- long winter trousers,
- Windbreaker, poncho or mantle,
- Trekking socks and boots,
- Gaits, or
- hat
- Gloves
Sunglasses (for snow),
- winter sleeping bag (-25) and mattress,
- Gymnastics or similar,
- bottle.
